The maintenance fee is paid separately for each unit and is 10% of the unit value (one off payment). And in this case, that means you paid for your lifelong upkeep at the resort.
The reservation fee is 10 percent of the unit price and 90 percent of the unit price must be paid after signing the contract, usually within one month.
